Dr. Poonam Subramanian, is a medical professional with a passion for respiratory medicine and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. Throughout her educational journey, Dr. Poonam displayed immense dedication and brilliance. She graduated with distinction, earning her MBBS degree from the prestigious Seth G. S. Medical College and KEM Hospital. Driven by her pursuit of knowledge and expertise, Dr. Poonam pursued post-graduation in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine (MD) from the renowned Lokmanya Tilak Medical College and Sion Hospital. During her training, she had the privilege of specializing in Interventional bronchoscopy under the guidance of Prof. Gasparini from Italy. Dr. Poonam’s main areas of interest lie in Asthma, Allergy and immunotherapy, Interstitial Lung Disease. Her specialized knowledge and skills in these fields allow her to provide comprehensive and effective care to her patients. She is the director of Lung Centre Thane. She is also a visiting consultant at prestigious hospitals in Thane, such as Jupiter Hospital. Driven by her dedication to staying updated with the latest advancements in medicine, she actively attends national and international meetings to keep pace with scientific advances. In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Poonam is a passionate educator and public speaker.
